Gong Baths are one of the most transformational holistic rejuvenating vibrational experiences one can have. A gong bath is a sound massage for the body and mind. (great for those of you who like the idea of a massage, but don't like to be touched). Also for those who are looking to clear, or shift something in their lives. Gongs can kick-start the process of healing, but also test your resistance in letting go. All you have to do is lay down comfortably, with a pillow and a blanket, and drift off into a deeply relaxed state.

Reiki is a healing system by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. Reiki is a complementary therapy alternative healing system, where energy is transmitted through the palms and is intuitively guided on the patient to locate areas that requiring healing, Reiki works on different levels the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual enhancing your life. Reiki combines the Japanese and Chinese word-characters of "rei" (spiritual or supernatural) and "ki" (vital energy).

STYLES OF YOGA
Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Rocket is a dynamic and fast-paced method of yoga. Larry Schultz, the founder of Its Yoga®, created The ROCKET routines, a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. (Jamie Yoga)
A Mandala Vinyasa class involves a connection between each Element and its corresponding Chakra. The intention is to bring healing to our first four energy centres, which represents the surrendering of the ego identity to “a being of trust”. These four chakras relate to the corresponding 4 elements of Shamanism according to Mexica Tradition. The elements and prana points will be accessed through a Mandala Vinyasa Flow, each based on the 4 main group of muscles of the leg.
The practice of Yin Yoga has transformative effects on body, as a style of yoga it differs to the vinyasa, You hold up 10 poses for the whole duration of the class, spending up to 5- 7 minutes in each, in doing so you begin to go deeper within the body, mind and spirit. The moderate stimulation of the connective tissue encourages the health and flexibility of the joints, recharges the energetic system of the body and naturally draws the mind inward to a relaxed, meditative state.
Forrest Yoga is a modern yoga style created by the amazing ana forrest, the style has roots in Sivananda, Iyengar yin and Hatha yoga. It is known for "it's long holding of positions, emphasis on abdominal core work, and standing series that can go on for 20 poses on each side".Reputed for its intensity, the style emphasizes connecting to one's feelings in order to work through physical and emotional trauma. Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. The practice is founded on four pillars -- Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit.with the incorporation of ceremony, drumming chanting and intention setting.
Coming back to yourself through the practice of Rest through a personal invitational Restorative yoga practice
In class we will navigate through supported stillness with sufficient props to then help aid you in rest through minimal guided shapes/poses where you can feel safe to yield to reach your own maximum states of rest.
You are invited to sync through the wholeness of you, body, heart, spirt and internal feelings to step back into your source essence of energy.
This sessions space will be held by me with safe encouragement to melt within to whatever life is presenting at the present to delve into the arms of Divine rest.
Combine all practices into a mega healing session broken down in 30 mins sections the session will combine reiki, massage and sound healing to round off the experience.

Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between masseuse and client, but rather than rubbing the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

Qigong is a practice that uses mind-body & spirit. It can improve one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. Qi meaning (“subtle breath” or “vital energy”) and Gong (“skill cultivated through steady practice”). My mission is to help each student find their path that best supports their personal goals to ignite the inner light within through this movement practice.

Nidra is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. In yoga nidra, the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal in conscious awareness of the deep sleep state.
