MONTHLY
GONG BATH
Gong Baths are one of the most transformational holistic rejuvenating vibration experiences one can have. A gong bath is a sound massage for the body and mind. (great for those of you who like the idea of a massage, but don't like to be touched). Also for those who are looking to clear, or shift something in their lives. Gongs can kick-start the process of healing, but also test your resistance in letting go. All you have to do is lay down comfortably, with a pillow and a blanket, and drift off into a deeply relaxed state.
